Writing is another form of expressive therapy so is another way for one to process emotions. Uninhibited, and is something outside of talk therapy. I recently was at an establishment for young girls that did something called “write and rip..

These young ladies had been taught to write things down if something was bothering them. Could then bring to a clinician to help them clarify there issue, process and express. Once they addressed the issue and came to an understanding or a peaceful solution could rip it up.

While music and art therapy are popular choices for children who cannot verbalize complicated feelings and emotions, it is equally effective therapy for adults.

Writing , faith, journaling all good ways to process the tough stuff.
