Wow, such a festive holiday season. “Running here and there”

Another New England winter in the hustle of it all. Christmas music playing in the background at the mall.

The smell of brownies and sugar cookies in the oven; makes the house a warm delight.

Having little feet scurrying about the kitchen floor in hopes for a morsel to be in the light.

Pizza, kielbasa, garden salad, and all the fixings make for a festive night. The laughter of my loved ones in sight.

Joy and memories come from the warmth of it all. An everlasting glow, a flicker of light with hues of red, orange, pinks, purples and yellow on the wall.

Thank you Christmas and this holiday season for so many loving memories;

keeping the flicker of light in the dark of night burning through it all.
