The sun glistens around the trees and sparkles on the slow flowing fog covered river.
The leaves are wet beneath my feet.
The soil is moist.
The air is filled with the smell of oak, wood, pine and a hint of Jasmine from a passer by.
I hear birds chirping and leaves rustling from squirrels and chipmunks scurrying about.
The warmth of the sun on my face on this glorious October day must have been heaven sent.
The sound of cars from the distant highway bridge and a flowing river by my side for this walk in solitude is just what the doctor ordered.
Breathing in and out releasing that which is weighing me down. Oh my soul how joyous it feels.
